1.Redo initial questionnaires to see if they have changed
2.Rate problems now and compare with initial ratings or descriptions
3.Look through a checklist of things meant to be valuable or essential in counselling and therapy and adjudicate which has applied lately
4.Compare specific forms and see if there are commonalities
5.Anything which seems imaginative and allows us to test out the necessary elements like an individual item such as “ anxiety about ….. “
6.Any combination of the above
